Tristream Energy, LLC announced today that Cesar Espino has joined the firm in the role of Vice President, Operations. Espino brings over 30 years of experience in the midstream energy sector. His areas of expertise include engineering, project management, and operation of treating systems, sulfur recovery units, gas processing plants, truck and rail loading, and gathering systems.

Immediately prior to joining Tristream Energy, Espino was Vice President of Midstream Operations for Eagle Rock Energy Partners.  He spent much of his professional career with Targa Resources, where he spent 25 years of progressive responsibility, overseeing projects among a large family of midstream companies, including Dynegy Midstream, Trident NGL, Inc., Occidental Petroleum and Cities Service Oil & Gas.

Mr. Espino has held a project management professional (PMP) certification since 2005. He earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
